Shoreditch is a short-stay neighbourhood by nature. Tech, creative and agency workers rent here, many on twelve-month tenancies tied to a job, and flatshares of three or four are common on Curtain Road, Great Eastern Street and around Hoxton Square. Rents are high, deposits are large, and letting agents often use detailed check-out reports, so the clean has to match the inventory line by line.

Studio flats and loft conversions often have very little storage, so wardrobes, shelves and built-in cupboards are packed into awkward corners. Parking, lifts and keys in EC2A, E1 and E2
Shoreditch is a tight grid of narrow streets, one-way systems and permit-controlled bays. Hackney and Tower Hamlets both enforce controlled parking, and loading space near bars, studios and offices is limited. We plan the visit around this and tell you any parking cost before you book.
Many blocks use entry phones, fobs, lifts and concierge desks, and some warehouse conversions have goods lifts with booking slots. Key collection and return from an agent, concierge or neighbour can be arranged. Shoreditch High Street, Hoxton and Old Street stations are all close, and weekend and same-week slots are available.

Fixed prices include VAT: a room in a flatshare from £95, a studio from £159, a one bed from £189, a two bed from £235 and a three bed from £289. Most Shoreditch lets are studios, one beds and two beds. The oven interior, which includes racks, trays, cavity and door glass, is £55 extra, and a standard fridge or freezer interior is £25. Carpet cleaning is arranged through an independent partner from £35 a room and £25 for hall, stairs and landing, confirmed separately. Every clean carries our deposit-back guarantee: if a cleaning point is raised in the agreed work, tell us within 72 hours of completion and we re-clean it free.
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, a landlord cannot require a tenant to pay for a professional clean, but can deduct from the deposit for cleaning needed to return the property to its check-in condition, allowing for fair wear and tear. Your deposit is held in a scheme such as DPS, mydeposits or TDS, with free dispute resolution if you disagree. The checklist shows what an agent is likely to inspect.

Yes. We arrange lift bookings, fob access or concierge sign-in beforehand. Large steel-framed windows, long tracks and exposed brick dust are all part of the inside clean. Tell us about access when you book and we will plan arrival and parking.
03Is parking a problem for the cleaners in Shoreditch?
Streets are tight and mostly permit-controlled, with limited loading space. We plan the visit around this, and any parking cost is told to you before you book. If you are not there, we can collect and return keys from your agent or concierge.
04What if my agent disputes the clean after check-out?
