Two kinds of Greenwich rental, and one clean standard
Greenwich is really two markets. Around the town centre and the park in SE10, rented homes sit in Georgian and Victorian terraces, converted houses and the occasional flat above a shop on the market streets. In Blackheath SE3 and Charlton SE7 you find larger Victorian houses divided into flats and rooms. Then there is the riverside belt: Greenwich Peninsula near North Greenwich, and the Royal Arsenal Riverside at Woolwich SE18, where the rented stock is modern apartment blocks with balconies, wide glazing and integrated kitchens.
