London End of Tenancy Cleaner does one job: end of tenancy cleaning for tenants, landlords and letting agents across London. Every clean is to inventory standard, at a fixed price agreed before you book, and backed by a deposit-back guarantee and a 72-hour re-clean guarantee.
We clean rented homes at the end of a tenancy, so they pass the check-out inspection and go back to the landlord in the condition they were let in. That means every room, top to bottom: kitchen cupboards and drawers inside and out, bathrooms descaled, inside windows, frames, sills and tracks, skirting boards, doors, switches, sockets and radiators, inside wardrobes, and every floor vacuumed and mopped.
Alongside the clean we offer fixed-price add-ons for the oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and pet work, and we arrange carpet cleaning through an independent partner. You can see the whole list on our end of tenancy cleaning page.

How we work
We work from the same standard a check-out clerk uses: the check-in inventory. Rather than a general tidy, the clean is organised around what will be compared at the end, room by room, including the details that are easy to miss, like window tracks, the tops of doors and the inside of drawers. Our cleaners bring their own products and equipment.
Many of the people we clean for have already moved out by the day of the clean, so we can arrange to collect and return keys from a letting agent, a building concierge or a neighbour. Weekend and same-week slots are available.

Why fixed prices
Moving is expensive enough without a final bill that doesn't match the quote. So our prices are fixed, agreed before you book, and include VAT. They start at £95 for a room in a flatshare and £159 for a studio. Add-ons are priced separately and chosen up front, so you only pay for what your property needs, and if your street has paid parking, sits in a controlled parking zone or is inside the Congestion Charge zone, we tell you that cost before booking too. Why the guarantee
A clean is only useful if it gets you through the check-out. That is why every end of tenancy clean includes our deposit-back guarantee, backed by our 72-hour re-clean guarantee: if your letting agent or landlord raises a cleaning point in the agreed work, tell us within 72 hours of completion and we come back and re-clean it free. It is included in the price, not sold as an extra.
