New blocks, docklands and older terraces
Canning Town has changed more than almost anywhere in east London. Around the station and towards the Royal Docks and Silvertown, large residential blocks have replaced older estates, with studios, one and two beds, often with balconies, secure entry and a lift. Older terraces still sit towards Plaistow and Custom House, many let as houses or by the room.
New-build flats show their age in specific ways: soap and limescale on glass shower screens, grease on extractor surfaces in open-plan kitchens, balcony door tracks and fingerprints on high-gloss cupboard fronts. Older terraces bring condensation on window frames and heavy limescale. We work through both to inventory standard.

Yes. Key collection and return can be arranged with agents, concierges or neighbours, so you do not need to be there. Give us the contact details and any entry code before the day, and we confirm the arrangement with you.
04What is covered by the 72-hour re-clean?
If your agent or landlord raises a cleaning point within the agreed work, tell us within 72 hours of completion and we return to re-clean it free. It does not cover damage, or add-ons that were not booked.
