In Ealing, Brent and Hounslow there is a broader mix of families renting houses alongside flat dwellers near the Elizabeth line. Hillingdon and Hounslow also see moves linked to Heathrow work, and Richmond and Harrow have more family rentals and a steadier pace.

Parking, keys and access across West London

Inner boroughs are heavily controlled: permit zones, resident bays, pay-and-display and match-day restrictions near the Chelsea and Fulham grounds. In Ealing, Brent and parts of Richmond, parking is easier but busy on shopping streets, while Hillingdon and Harrow have more driveways and quiet side roads. Wembley Park and the Heathrow corridor have their own event and traffic patterns. Whatever the street, any parking cost is told to you before booking.
